POSITION SUMMARY

Maintain and manage the systems and processes to track and complete varying capital upgrades on water and wastewater facilities across the country and assist Engineering Department staff in regulatory and environmental permitting, reporting, and filing.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage due diligence, bidding, and construction management throughout the capital upgrade process.
  • Oversee and coordinate all engineering related activities to Utility Service Agreements (USA) between CSWR and real estate developers.
  • Assist with state required construction and environmental permits.
  • Oversee and manage project closeout process on relevant construction projects
  • Assist in the coordination between CSWR and 3rd party engineering firms related to capital projects.
  • Assist with various state commission filings and data requests.
  • All other Engineering Department related duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred

Experience: 1-5 years of experience
